Franck is the Chief Executive Officer of the ÆRIUM Group. Recently, Franck launched a US-based real estate development and asset management platform, Silver Creek Development, to oversee and develop projects across the United States. Franck also served as Director of several of the Company's subsidiaries since 1992 and led the 2003 launch of the pan-European investment platform. Leading the management of the business, he oversees all investment and structured financing strategies, and acts as a special property adviser on new customized funds
With over 23 years in real estate investment, finance and asset management in North America and Europe, Franck’s previous posts include First Vice President of NYSE-listed real estate investment company W.P. Carey & Co. LLC, and Senior Vice President at REM Finance where he contributed to the rapid growth of the firm through the increase in foreign investments.
Mr. Ruimy received a BA in Economics and Finance from the ISG Business School and an MSc from the Université de Paris X before earning an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. Franck is a member of NYU Stern's Board of Overseers and of the Board of The Cleveland Clinic.
Jim manages real estate investment and development projects for assets located throughout the United States. He oversees the company’s operations including site selection and acquisition, project financing, asset management and investor relations.
Jim has over 25 years in real estate investment, brokerage, finance, development, and asset management experience. Jim’s previous experience includes Director of Finance for Champion Development, a Phoenix based developer of office complexes and neighborhood retail centers, Founding Partner of Commercial Capital Partners, a regional mortgage banking company that grew from start-up to $1 Billion in loans, and Senior Vice President and Manager for GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
Jim received a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker and mortgage broker in California and Arizona.
Pascal has served as General Manager, overseeing all areas of operations for related companies for nearly 20 years. With a degree in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences from Paris XII University, Pascal is an integral member of Silver Creek, directing and managing all ventures within the company and serving as a key decision maker in procedural matters, including the planning, budgeting and execution of long-range plans and strategies.
Pascal serves as a critical link throughout the international platform acting as a key liaison between the Company and outside consultants.
Charles manages the deal process for SCCD; from sourcing and underwriting through due diligence and equity/debt placement at closing for each project. Charles is responsible for overseeing the development process for active deals that are under management. This includes the interview and selection process of project contractors/consultants, placement of construction financing for the project, management of the development budget, and investor updates regrading the status of each project.
Prior to joining SCCD, Charles worked at Silverstein Properties, a vertically integrated New York based real estate developer that focuses on Class A office and luxury mixed-use development. Charles was an integral member of the development teams for the World Trade Center (Towers 3 & 4), Four Seasons Downtown New York (30 Park Place), and One West End.
Charles earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he focused on Real Estate, Finance, and Accounting. Charles received his BS in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s where he captained the NCAA Men’s Golf Team.

Steve oversees the acquisition and asset management process for existing assets that SCCD pursues. Steve focuses on the lease-up strategy and overall management of owned assets through repositioning and eventual disposition. Steve manages the deal-level acquisition process that includes sourcing, underwriting, evaluating and executing.
Prior to Joining SCCD, Steve worked at GLL Real Estate Partners, the real estate investment arm of the Australian investment bank Macquarie. At GLL, Steve oversaw the acquisition and disposition of over 2 million square foot of commercial real estate and worked on the asset management of a $1B portfolio including office, retail and industrial assets. Steve has experience in leasing over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate space.
Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and a concentration in Investments.

Alex is the newest addition to the Silver Creek team. With a degree in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a background in Gaming & Lodging analytics, Alex oversees and analyses active deals. From underwriting ground-up development and value-add opportunities, to managing owned assets, Alex has an integral role in all aspects of the SCCD operation, which in result allows for the company to run lean and efficiently.
Prior to Joining SCCD, Alex worked in an operational rotation program at Wynn Resorts, and other name casino brands across the country. Since SCCD has a prospective mixed-use project that incorporates both luxury hotel & condominiums, Alex’s previous experience and hotel evaluation skills have become most useful on the 8850 Sunset Blvd development project.
